Designed with a strong focus on modern, eco-friendly architecture, the annex sits sensitively within its rural landscape. Natural vertical timber cladding and a green living roof help the building blend seamlessly into its surroundings while reducing its visual impact.

The aim was to create a modern, sustainable and tranquil building that connects closely with the woodland setting and surrounding countryside views.

Internally, the contemporary design continues with a bright open-plan living space featuring clean white walls, polished concrete floors, and a dynamic sloping roof that enhances natural light and volume. The result is a minimalist, light-filled interior that balances comfort, sustainability, and modern living.
