We work with public bodies, developers, landowners and agents to optimise their assets by securing planning permission for residential and/or commercial use development without compromising quality and public interests.

Our aim is to collaborate with our client and the team of consultants to manage the planning process in the most successful way.

Our view is that a successful design solution is a reflection of the social and physical context of the site. To this end we will:

• Prepare a detailed context analysis of the landscape, landform, history and people to establish the constraints and opportunities of the site. This source of knowledge is the base to creating a proposal that will generate a positive influence on the future residents and the wider community.
• Involve the local community through public consultation and negotiate effectively with the local authority and other key stakeholders by seeking discussion rather then confrontation wherever possible.

We can undertake the full planning process and if required assist in preparing the technical design stage.
